00517870||11/24/10||11/24/10||Legals||ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS FENCING OF THREE (3) SOFTBALL FIELDS, FIELD OF DREAMS SPORTS COMPLEX, CITY OF VAN BUREN, ARKANSAS Sealed bids for the construction of the fencing of 3 softball fields, Field of Dreams Sports Complex, will be received by the City of Van Buren, Arkansas at the Van Buren Municipal Complex, Office of the Mayor, 1003 Broadway, Van Buren, Arkansas, until 10:00 a.m., local time on December 7, 2010, and then said bid will be publicly opened and read aloud. The project will consist of the following: Complete fencing, backstops, dugouts, and gates of three (3) softball fields, Field of Dreams Sports Complex, 1700 Toothaker Drive, City of Van Buren, 1003 Broadway, Van Buren, Arkansas 72956, phone (479) 462-9138. Please call to make arrangements to view bid documents. Bidders must comply with Arkansas Act 150. The City of Van Buren reserves the right to reject any and all Bids and any nonconforming Bid and to award the Contract in a period of time of not exceeding 30 days from the Bid opening dates.
